Description

The BiPlats holds are brand-new, versatile climbing holds that easily attach to the Deltaboard using DB nuts located at the back. They offer multiple grip types to diversify your training:

Pinches: Two different angles to work on pinch strength—one easy and one challenging.
Slopers: A 30° sloper that is already demanding and an extreme 40° sloper to push your limits.
Mono & two-finger pockets: A mono-pocket and a two-finger pocket to strengthen each finger individually.

Additionally, the BiPlat can be used independently from the Deltaboard, thanks to the included cord. Simply thread the cord through the central hole, attach some weight (not included), and you can use the hold as a pinch grip trainer to lift weights, improving your grip strength.
