Deliveries and returns
Delivery
- Orders are shipped within 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). This period may be extended during new collections or lockdown periods.
- Pre-order item shipments are made from the date indicated on the product sheet. If 2 items in your order are on pre-order, then the package will be shipped when it is complete (date the further away).
Product returns
- Contact the Delta team before returning any product, at most 30 days after the delivery date. Contact must be made by email or by post.
- Any returned product must be in new condition.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- The return address is: DELTA SAS, 149 Avenue du Maine, 75014 Paris, France.
- For a shipment returned to Delta Company due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the delivery costs will not be refundable and new costs will apply for a new shipment.
- For a shipment refused by the recipient for whatever reason, or for a shipment returned to the Delta company for non-payment of customs fees, the products sent and the delivery costs are not refundable.
- To avoid customs charges when returning a product, please clearly write the following on the returned package: "RETURNED GOODS".
